摘 要:利用电子背散射衍射技术,研究了Fe-25Mn-2.5Si-2Al孪晶诱发塑性钢(TWIP钢)冷轧变形后退火再结晶微观组织的晶界特征、晶粒取向差和织构,分析了不同退火温度对晶界特征和织构的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,TWIP钢中Σ1CSL晶界含量减少,Σ3CSL晶界含量增加;α-取向线密度呈下降的趋势,β-取向线密度总体上升;G{011}<100>取向强度呈下降趋势,而B{011}<211>、S{123}<634>、Cu{112}<111>等取向强度呈上升趋势。The grain boundary character distributions,misorientation and crystallographic textures of TWIP(Twining Induced Plasticity) steel sheets during annealing were investigated by electron back scatter diffraction(EBSD) technique.The effect of annealing temperature on the grain boundary character and texture was analyzed.It was observed that with the increasing of annealing temperature,the density of Σ 3 coincidence grain boundary increased but Σ 1 coincidence grain boundary decreased,the intensity of β-fiber increased while the α-fiber was reduced.The experimental results indicated that the dominant texture components in the TWIP steel consisted of G{011} 100 ,B{011} 211 ,S{123} 634 ,and Cu{112} 111 .It was found that the intensity of G{011} 100 at 1100 ℃ was weaker than those at 1000 ℃,the intensity of S{123} 634 and B{011} 211 and Cu{112} 111 at 1100 ℃ was stronger than those at 1000 ℃.
