摘 要:研究了室温下绿硫菌培养液中低碳钢的腐蚀电化学行为.结果表明,绿硫菌在50 h的潜伏期后发展迅速,并在192 h达到最大值,然后进入衰亡期.溶液中绿硫菌新陈代谢生理活动同步引起硫离子浓度快速下降和pH值快速增加.pH值增加会直接导致阳极溶解速度下降,甚至发生钝化;硫离子浓度下降也降低溶液的腐蚀性.溶液环境化学状态的变化也同步导致碳钢的腐蚀过程减慢.可以证明,绿硫菌是一种通过改变溶液化学性质来抑制金属腐蚀过程的微生物.The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in the broth culture of green sulphur bacteria at room temperature was studied in this paper.It was found that the bacteria grew quickly after an incubation phase of nearly 50 hours,the content of bacteria rised to the maxium at 192 hours,then it came into the dead phase.The rapid decrease of the sulphur concentrations and increase of pH value were accompanied by the metabolism process of bacteria.The increase of pH value led to the decrease of anodic dissolution rate,and even to the occurance of passivation.The decrease of sulphur concentration probably reduced the corrosion as well.Thus the changes of chemical circumstance in the broth decreased the corrosion rate of carbon steel at the same time.The results indicated that green sulphur bacteria seemed to be a kind of microorganism which inhibited the corrosion process of carbon steel by changing the chemical composition of the broth.
