摘　　要：老村落由于其特殊身份和具有一定的历史意义,其改革发展,不能一概而论,不能等同于一般乡村的改造,具体问题具体分析,要根据实际情况寻求特有的发展思路和方针政策。为老村落寻求发展出路,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的关键之举,要从多方面多角度出发,合理的为老村落谋求出一条可行性强的道路,为老村落再造新衣。The village with its special status,and with some historical significance and its reform and development cannot generalize and not equal to the country and specific problems,and should be based on actual situation of thinking and seeking development policy.The old village seeking further development of the solution is to implement scientific development of the key,from various angles,how reasonable the old village to seek out a feasibility of the road to create a new dress for the old village.
