摘 要:综述了材料的使用状态对于材料的磁、声、电等多方面物理性能影响,从而确定了通过测定材料的物理性能参数来判别其使用状态的可行性。同时发现铁磁材料的磁导率、矫顽力与剩余磁感应强度等磁性能参数对于材料的非损伤变化,如位错密度的改变也很敏感,因此对于无明显损伤或严重缺陷,但在上一个使用周期中确实使用了相当一段时间的再制造机械产品,可以通过检测材料的这些磁性能参数将它们检验鉴别出来,这也为更好地判定再制造机械产品的剩余寿命提供了科学的依据。Through summarizing researches on impact of use state of materials on magnetism, sound, electricity and many other physical properties, feasibility to define the use state of materials is curtained by measuring the physical properties. Meanwhile, it is also found that permeability, coercive force and remanent magnetic induction of ferro- magnetic materials are very sensitive to non-injury changes of the material, such as dislocation density changes. So remanufactured mechanical products which have no obvious injury or serious defects and were used for quite a lot of time in the previous life cycle can be identified by testing these magnetic parameters. And this provides scientific basis to estimate remaining life of remanufaetured products better.
