科研机构在创新型城市建设中的作用分析

摘　　要：科研机构在创新型城市建设中起着举足轻重的作用。论文分析了科研机构在创新型城市建设中三个方面的作用,即国家战略性研究的主力军、城市自主创新的重要基础、企业技术创新的重要技术来源;着重分析了科研机构在城市科技创新活动中的作用的现状,并在此基础上提出了发挥科研机构在城市科技创新的作用,促进创新型城市建设的看法。Research institutes play a pivotal role in the construction of innovation-based cities.The paper analyzes three kinds of roles of institutes in the construction of innovation-based cities,namely the principal force of national strategic research,the important basis of city independent innovation,the important technology source of enterprise technology innovation.The paper emphatically analyzes the current status of the roles of Chinese research institutes in city science and technology innovation.The paper also discusses how to make full use of the Chinese institutes in the science and technology innovation so as to promote the construction of innovation-based cities.
