摘　　要：自上世纪80年代以来,区域创新环境已经成为世界经济发展的热点问题之一。从区域创新环境的基本理论研究,包括概念、基本构成、分类、构建和培育等方面,区域创新环境的内涵及其形成机制的研究,区域创新环境案例及测度的研究三个角度,对前人的研究进行了总结,指出现有研究不足和未来研究展望,为进一步研究建立基础。Regional innovative milieu has become one of the world economy development hot topics since 1980s.This paper summarized the result of predecessor studies from three perspectives：fundamental theory research of regional innovative milieu,including conception,basic structure,characteristic,construction and cultivation;connotation and forming mechanism of regional innovative milieu;case studies and measure studies.Then the paper pointed out the shortage of the present research and prospect towards the future study,which lays a good foundation for further researches.
