外资企业对中国大中型工业企业科技活动效率的影响

摘　　要：运用基于面板数据的随机前沿方法,对外资企业对中国大中型工业企业科技活动效率的影响进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:中国工业部门各行业的科技活动效率与外资企业比重呈显著的正向关系,在外资企业比重、国有企业比重、企业数量和企业规模这几个反映市场结构、影响科技活动效率的因素中,外资企业比重对中国工业部门大中型工业企业科技活动效率的提高影响最大、贡献最大。The paper has a practical study on the influence of foreign-funded enterprises on the efficiency of activities of large and medium-sized industrial firms in China by the stochastic frontier approach based on panel date for tie.The result shows that the science and technology activities of large and medium-sized industrial firms in China have a significant positive effect on the overseas-funded enterprises and the latter plays a much more important role in enhancing the efficiency of science and technology activities on the factors such as the sizes of overseas-funded enterprises and the state-owned enterprises,the numbers of enterprises and the market structure,the firm size.etc.
