通塞脉片对动脉粥样硬化大鼠NF-КB、MCP-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通塞脉片对大鼠动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用并探讨其作用机理。方法:空白对照组喂以SPF级实验鼠颗粒饲料,其余通过饲喂高脂饲料及每周灌胃予以维生素D315万U/kg1次建立大鼠AS模型,分为4组,即模型组、辛伐他汀组(0.003g/kg)、通塞脉片高剂量组(12.44g/kg)、通塞脉片低剂量组(6.22g/kg)。给药容积为10ml/kg,每日1次,连续给药8周,观察其对血脂代谢及NF-КB、MCP-1等炎症因子在血管中表达情况。结果:在对AS大鼠血脂的影响试验中,通塞脉片高剂量组、低剂量组与空白组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。MCP-1在辛伐他汀和通塞脉片高剂量组阳性表达明显减少;NF-КB在空白组大鼠主动脉中表达较少,模型组呈强阳性表达,给药组呈中等阳性表达,表明通塞脉片浸膏可以显著改善AS大鼠血清中脂质紊乱现象,抑制血管中炎症因子的表达。结论:通塞脉片浸膏通过降低体内的炎症因子水平而起到治疗AS的作用。Objective：To observe the treatment of tongsaimaipian on rats atherosclerosis and probe into its function mechanism.Methods：Establish rats AS model through feeding fat forage,and after the treatment of tongsaimaipian extract,observe the influence on the blood serum lipid metabolism and the expression of inflammation factors,such as NF-КB、MCP-1 in blood vessel.Result：Tongsaimaipian extract could improve the blood serum lipid disorder of AS rats remarkably,and repress the expression of inflammation factors in blood vessel.Conclusion：Tongsaimaipian extract could treat AS through reduction of inflammation factors level in vivo.
