摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析法分析我国社区居民电子健康档案应用中存在的优势、劣势、机会及风险,从而依靠优势,克服劣势,利用机会,规避风险,提出针对性策略,为我国社区居民电子健康档案的长远发展提供借鉴与帮助。The article analyzes comprehensively the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the community Electronic Health Records by SWOT analysis.Then it puts forward some corresponding measures to settle the problem of community Electronic Health Records based on the principle of relying on strengths,overcoming weaknesses,exploiting opportunities and avoiding risks,in order to provide information and help for the further development of community electronic health records.
