高血压患者生命质量模糊综合评价

摘　　要：目的通过模糊综合评价的方法对高血压患者相关生命质量进行分析,探讨高血压患者生命质量的影响因素。方法利用社区人群功能状态测定量表调查了769例社区高血压患者各指标得分,进行模糊综合评价。结果 60.64%的患者生命质量被判为差,25.84%的患者被判为一般,13.52%的患者判为良好,同时得出个体评判生命质量等级的公式。结论加强锻炼,提高日常生活能力,同时辅以心理疏导,多方面努力提高患者生命质量。Objective To analysis the quality of life of patients with hypertension through the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation so as to explore factors affecting the quality of life.Methods A community population functional status scale was taken to investigate the scores of indexes among 769 patients with hypertension and the results were analyzed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Results The quality of life of 60.64% of the hypertensives was assessed to be lower,25.84% to be median,and 13.52% to be higher.At the same time a formula for assessment of individual quality of life was established.Conclusion Multi-faceted efforts need to be made to improve patient′s quality of life,including strengthening exercises,raising capability of daily living,and in combination with psychological counseling.
