摘　　要：针对现有卫生系统工作中的问题与难点,引入健康管理的理念,通过阐述对狭义、广义健康管理定义的理解,强调在健康管理的实施阶段中,以"针与线"为代表的管理与信息的重要性。并以冠心病为例,简述具体疾病中健康管理两阶段的管理重点,并进而推广到对慢性病健康模式的构建。希望通过对健康管理的思考,将健康管理理念融入我国卫生系统以获得社会人群健康的最大产出。The concept of health management is introduced to resolve the problems and difficulties which are existing in health system.According to the set of narrow,broad understanding of the health management definition,the importance of the management and information,which is represented by ＂needle and thread＂,is emphasized in the implementation phase.Setting coronary heart disease as an example,the management point in the specific disease is described in the two stages of the health maintenance; meanwhile the concept is extended to the health management model construction of chronic non-communicable diseases.It was expected to gain the maximum output of population health through the exploring health management,and integrating the concept into the health system in China.
