消失模铸造裂解产物消除过程的研究

摘　　要：利用消失模涂料多性能综合测定装置研究了消失模铸造裂解产物的消除过程，提出了裂解产物消除过程的规律——“双峰”曲线，分析了产生“双峰”的原因。确定了双峰曲线的特征参数，并分析了涂料对裂解产物消除过程的影响。Abstract With a multi properties testing apparatus the elimination process of the degradation product has been studied and this has given its discipline-“double peak”curve of which formation cause has been analysed and characteristics parameters determined.The effect of coating on the elimination has been also analysed.
