摘 要:对于铁路机车车辆的大功率二电平逆变器来说,应用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术需要考虑两方面的因素:一是逆变器采用高压大电流开关器件,开关频率较低;二是为了充分利用逆变器直流母线电压,脉宽调制必须能够过渡到方波工况。提出了一种适用于大功率二电平逆变器的多模式SVPWM算法。该算法能够在整个调制范围内使用,可以保证逆变器在异步调制、分段同步调制及方波工况下具有良好的输出特性,并且可以实现不同调制模式间的平滑过渡。基于DSP控制板和dSPACE的半实物仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。When the space vector pulse-width modulation applied to high-power two-level inverter for railway locomotive, two factors must be considered: the first one was that the inverter adopted high voltage and high current switch devices and the switching frequency was very low, the second one was that PWM should have the ability to transit into square-wave condition in order to make full use of the DC bus voltage. This paper proposed a multi-mode SVPWM algorithm which was suitable for high-power two-level inverters. This algorithm cought be used in the entire modulation range, which cought ensure the inverter with good output characteristics under asynchronous modulation, subsection synchronous modulation and square-wave condition. Transition of different modulation mode cought realized smoothly. Simulation results based on DSP control board and dSPACE verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
