摘  要:对圆压平模切机机架的受力情况进行力学分析,运用ANSYS软件进行结构刚度分析,并在此基础上对机架的结构进行优化。以机架结构的强度及刚度为优化目标,提出该机架结构改进方案,增加机架的可靠性。分析结果表明,优化后的机架力学性能有了明显提高。The authors performed mechanical analysis to the housing stress of flat-bed cylinder die-cutting machine,used the ANSYS software to perform rigidity analysis of structure,and optimized the structure of housing on that basis.The strength and rigidity of the housing structure was taken as the optimization goal,scheme for improvement of the housing structure was put forward,so as to increase the reliability of the housing.The analysis results show that the mechanical performance of the housing is obviously improved after optimization.
