摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素2(IL-2)及可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)与β-内酰胺类药物过敏之间的关系。方法采用ELISA检测70例β-内酰胺类药物过敏反应患者(A组)与20例正常人(B组)外周血血清IL-2及sIL-2R的水平。采用放射免疫吸附(RAST)方法检测过敏患者血清中特异性IgE抗体。结果 A组血清IL-2水平显著高于B组(P<0.05)(4.110ng/mlvs.2.070ng/ml)。A组中IgE抗体阳性患者sIL-2R水平高于抗体阴性者(3.300ng/mlvs.2.345ng/ml)(P<0.05)。结论β-内酰胺类抗生素过敏反应的发生中,外周血血清IL-2水平升高;特异性IgE抗体阳性的过敏反应与sIL-2R水平升高有关。Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-2（IL-2） and soluble IL-2 recepter（sIL-2R） expressions in the patients with β-lactain hypersensitivity.Methods The expressions of IL-2 and sIL-2R in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA in 70 patients allergic to β-lactain drugs（group A） and 20 healthy people.Radioallergosorbent test（RAST） was used to detect eight kinds of specific IgE in group A.Results Serum IL-2,but not sIL-2R,was higher in group A than that in group B（4.110ng/ml vs. 2.070ng/ml）（P0.05）.Serum sIL-2R of group A was higher in IgE positive patients than that in IgE negative patients（3.3000ng/ml vs. 2.345ng/ml）（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum level of IL-2 in peripheral blood increases during allergy reaction to β-lactain drugs.Allergy reaction to specific IgE antibodies positive is associated with the increase of serum sIL-2R expression in the patients allergic to β-lactain drugs.
