摘　　要：介绍"十一五"国家科技支撑计划项目——"南水北调运行管理关键技术问题研究"课题的主要成果。课题在南水北调工程运行风险分类与相互关系、风险识别与风险机理、风险预测与控制和风险安全保障预案等方面取得了重大突破,许多成果填补了国内空白,成果具有很强的实用性,为南水北调未来运行的风险管理奠定了良好基础。This paper mainly discusses the research results of the Key Technology in Risk Management during Operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which is supported by National Key Technology, R＆D Program in the 11 th Five-Year Plan. The contents about risk classification and relationship, risk recognition and mechanism of risk, risk prediction and controlling, risk safety guarantee preparedness have achieved great breakthroughs. Many results fill a domestic gap in the field and have been in strong practicality, establishing a good foundation for the risk management during future operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
