摘  要:利用数学模型来模拟水文、泥沙、污染过程是流域管理中对特定管理措施的效果进行评估的重要工具,也是研究环境变化条件下水资源管理的重要手段。根据涉县土壤、土地利用和水利工程等区域信息,结合降水量数据,构建了县级简化的SWAT模型,对水量水质进行模拟。该模型可根据水功能区对水质的要求,模拟最佳的管理方案。既能使水质达到水功能区的要求,又可以有效地减少投入,在涉县水资源管理中得到了应用。Using mathematical models to simulate the hydrology, sediment, pollution process is an important tool to assess the effect of specific management measures in watershed management, and the important means of studying management of the water resources under the condition of environment changing. According to the regional information of Shexian County, such as soil, land use and water conservancy projects etc, com- bined with precipitation data, this article constructs the county's simplification SWAT model, and simulates the water quantity and quality. This model can simulate the best management program according to the water function zone's requirements on water quality. It is not only make the wa- ter quality meet the requirements of water function zone, but also reduce the input effectively, and made an application of water resource manage- ment in Shexian County.
