摘　　要：利用肥乡县基础信息、实时监测信息,根据节水灌溉预报原理,在区域用水总量预测和指标控制下,采用最新节水灌溉理念和区域水资源总量控制管理模式,以供定需、以供定耗,研发肥乡县节水灌溉实时预报系统,并结合网站发布节水灌溉预报结果。Based on Feixiang county＇s basic information and real-time monitoring information, according to principles of water-saving irrigation forecast, under the control of forecast and indexes of the total water in the region, we apply the latest water-saving irrigation concepts and total control of regional water resources management to study real-time forecasting system on water-saving irrigation in the county,and to release online information of water-saving irrigation forecast results.
