冷弯成型对NH295耐候钢异型管性能的影响

摘  要:研究了NH295、B450NQ两种低合金钢异形管的冷弯成型对其机械性能的影响;对NH295、Q235和含Cu、P、Ni、Cr的耐候钢进行了大气腐蚀比较试验。试验结果是:(1)冷弯圆管的表面变形约是4%~6%。随表面弯曲变形量的增加,管材出现加工硬化现象,管材的屈强比快速增大。B450NQ的加工硬化速率和屈强比的增加速率要比NH295快;(2)由于焊接作用和异型钢管的不均匀变形,其内部的组织与性能是不均匀的;The effect of cold bend forming to the property of NH295 and B450NQ low-alloy steel special pipe is studied. The air corrosion comparing experiments of NH295, Q235 and climate resistance steels that contain Cu, P, Ni, Cr are made. The results are as follows. (1) The surface deformation of cold bend pipe is 4-6%. With the increase of the surface deformation, the phenomenon of process hardening is appeared and the ratio of yield and strength is increased. The speeds of process hardening and ratio of yield and strength increasing of B450NQ are faster than NH295. (2) Because of the effect of welding and uneven deforming of special pipe, special pipe's inner composition and property is uneven. (3) Under this experiment condition, NH295 steel has good property of resisting air corrosion.
