摘 要:通过建立大鼠递增大强度耐力跑台训练模型,测定了灌服茜草提取物对大鼠心肌、肝组织某些生化指标和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,茜草提取物可以增强运动后即刻状态下心肌和肝脏组织中CAT、T-AOC、T-SOD、LDH、GOT、GPT的活性,可以显著增强大鼠心肌和肝脏组织抗氧化酶的活性,减轻大强度耐力训练对大鼠心肌和肝脏组织造成的脂质过氧化损伤,具有明显的抵抗脂质过氧化的功能,对增强大鼠运动能力有良好的促进作用。Through the training mode building of running platform of incremental endurance training in rats,the author has determined the effect of rubia cordifolia extracts to biochemical assays and anti-oxygenic enzyme activity of cardiac muscle and hepatic tissue in rats.The result shows that the rubia cordifolia extracts are obviously resistant to lipid peroxidation,and they can remarkably promote rats' exercise ability.The rubia cordifolia extracts can increase the activity of CAT、T-AOC、T-SOD、LDH、GOT、GPT in rats' cardiac muscle tissues and hepatic tissues immediately after their exercises,prominently improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in rats' heart tissues and hepatic tissues,and alleviate the damage of lipid peroxidation to rats' cardiac muscle tissues and hepatic tissues in endurance training in high intensity,thus can better improve the athletic ability of the rats.
