摘　　要：根据在螺焊钢管生产中，使用ＳＪ３１１Ａ烧结焊剂的实际情况，对ＳＪ３１１Ａ的特点、使用状况、应注意事项进行了总结。结果表明：该焊剂适应性强，工艺性能好，匹配不同焊丝可获得良好的焊接接头。According to the use of SJ311A sintered flux in spirally submerged arc welded pipe production, the feature, user mode, and matters needing attention of SJ311A are summarized. It is proved that the flux has wide adaptability and good technical property, and when matching different wires, good weld can be obtained and technical requirement of spirally submerged arc welded pipe can be satisfied.
