“山寨手机”对中国制造业的启示

摘　　要："山寨手机"是中国特有的经济现象,反映了中国制造业的主体——中小企业的普遍生存状态。对"山寨手机"现象的研究有助于揭示中国制造业竞争力的来源以及面临的发展困境。本文从产业组织形式的角度客观全面地分析了"山寨手机"产业生产方式的特点,模块化生产方式有效地整合了社会各方面的资源,充分地调动了企业的积极性和创新精神,极大地提升了企业的市场竞争力。然后提出"山寨手机"的模块化生产方式在政府监管不到位的情况下,将导致同质化的低水平竞争,因此迫切需要加强知识产权的保护和政府的规范。最后得出"山寨手机"产业对中国制造业的启示。The ＂cheap-copy-mobile＂ is a unique economic phenomenon in China, which reflects the general state of survival of SMEs in China. The history of ＂cheap-copy-mobile＂ reveals the competitiveness source and development difficulties of China＇s manufacturing industries. From the point of the organization of production, this paper nlade an objective and comprehensive analysis on the production features of ＂cheap-copy-mobile＂： the modular production can effectively integrate the society resources, and fully mobilize the innovation enthusiasm of enterprises, and greatly increase the market competitive power. Then the paper draws the conclusion that the modular production would lead to homogeneous low-level competition if the government specifications are absent. Finally the paper puts forward the enlightenment of ＂cheap-copy-mobile＂ on China＇s manufacturing industries.
