摘　　要：通过对吉林左家罗布麻引种驯化无性繁殖试验,对其根段进行药剂处理和栽培土质、越冬防寒的研究,得出用浓度为100 mg/kg的ABT生根粉浸泡过的罗布麻根出苗最好,栽培在煤灰土和砂土中的根段出苗及长势较好,用塑料布覆盖的罗布麻成活率最高,植株最高。Through cloning experiments on introduction and domestication of Apoeynum venetum in Jilin Zuojia, pharmaceutical processing of its root sections was conducted, cultivation soil and overwintering were studied, and plant growth characters were observed. The results showed that root emergence of Apocynum venetum was the best when soaked with a concentration of 100 mg/kg of ABT rooting powder, root segment emerged well and grew well when cultivated in ash soil and sand, and survival rate and plant height were the highest when covered with plastic sheet.
