灭菌鼠全价颗粒饲料对大小鼠生长发育和繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：根据饲料灭菌造成其营养成分的损失情况,分别采用高压蒸汽和60Co-γ射线照射方法制备灭菌的鼠全价颗粒饲料,研究其对清洁级的Wistar大鼠及ICR小鼠发育及繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:供试Wistar大鼠及ICR小鼠与对照组相比,繁殖性能、体质量增长均无明显差异(P>0.05或P≥0.05),经不同方法灭菌的2种鼠全价颗粒配方饲料,营养成分上符合清洁级Wistar大鼠和ICR小鼠生长繁育的营养需要。The effect of full-valence granular rat feedstuff prepared by different sterilization on the development and reproduction of rats was studied. According to the loss of nutrients after different sterilization, two kinds of granular rat feedstuff were designed to test their effects on the development and reproduction of clean-ICR mice and Wistar rats.Ⅰ was granular rat feedstuff sterilized by high pressure steam （121℃, 0.14 MPa, 20 min）,Ⅱ was radiated by ^60Co-γ ray （2.5 Mlad）. By comparison, the difference of reproduction of the two kinds of rats was not significant （ P 〉 0.05）, and that of their weight increase was not significant, either （P≥0. 05）. The nutrients of full-valence granular rat feedstuff sterilized by two different methods meet the needs of the clean-Wistar rats and ICR mice for breeding.
