摘　　要：由于CFB锅炉返料器返料不畅对锅炉正常运行造成了影响,指出2台分离器效率不同,两侧给煤量偏差大,一、二次风量增减过快及分离器内部浇注料脱落等是造成返料不畅的原因,提出了防范措施。Clogging failures of CFB boiler back-feeder may bring troubles to normal operation of the boiler.The failure occurring in the company was found to be caused by efficiency difference between its 2 separators,big difference of coal supply at both sides,too fast changes of primary and secondary air speed,and falling-off of cast materials inside the separator etc.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed for above problems.
