摘　　要：MEO卫星移动通信系统的研究需建立与其系统特征相适应的体系结构,明确系统的组成、功能划分,并在此基础上进行其他关键技术的研究。本文借鉴其他卫星移动通信系统的体系结构,在对MEO卫星移动通信系统的特征进行研究分析的基础上,针对系统所特有的传输特性和网络结构,提出了一个适合于我国国情的全球MEO卫星移动通信系统体系结构。A proper structure, suitable for the system characteristic should be set up, when doing research on the MEO satellite communication system. The constitution and function of the system must be explained and the research of other key technologies should be based on this structure. Structure of other satellite mobile communication systems are used for reference. By the research of the characteristic of MEO satellite mobile communication system, including the transmission - char- acteristic and the network - structure, we propose a structure of MEO satellite communication system suitable for the situation of our country in this paper.
