摘  要:目的介绍CT血肿体积测量软件并与多田公式对比,应用该软件对脑出血后血肿体积动态变化进行评价,为临床用药、术式选择提供影像学依据。方法制作水模型进行CT扫描,分别用CT血肿体积测量软件与多田公式对其测量,比较两者的精确性,之后使用该软件对102例脑出血病例血肿体积动态变化进行定量评价。结果统计学比较显示CT血肿体积测量软件较多田公式对体积测量更精准。该软件测得脑出血后第1天、第3天及第7天血肿体积,并计算平均体积缩小(吸收)比率分别为9.31%、16.04%、28.05%;首次出血量分别为<10ml、10~20ml、21~30ml血肿平均体积缩小(吸收)比率依次减小。结论 CT血肿体积测量软件较多田公式对体积测量更精准,有推广价值;血肿体积缩小速率与初始出血量相关,初始出血量小变化快,出血量大则变化慢。Objective To introduce the hemotoma volume measuremen software and to compare it with Dotian formula.To evaluate dynamically the hematoma volume after cerebral hemorrhage in order to provide an iconography basis for clinical application.Methods The water models were made and measured by the hemotoma volume measurement software and Dotian formula respectively.Then the measurement results of the two methods were compared.The dynamical changes of the hematoma volume of 102 patients were assessed by this software.Results The statistics results showed that the hemotoma volume measurement software was more accurate than Dotian formula.The average rate of loss of hematoma volume were 9.31%,16.04%,28.05% respectively at the first,third and seventh day.The volume of the first intracerebral hemorrhage:〈 10ml,10 ~ 20ml,20 ~ 30ml respectively.Conclusion The hemotoma volume measurement software was more accurate than Dotian formula.The velocity of loss of hematoma volume is correlated with the amount of the first bleeding.The changes are rapid if the first bleeding volume is smaller,however,which are slow if the first bleeding volume is larger.
