摘 要:开关磁阻电机(Switched reluctance motor,SRM)由于径向磁拉力导致的振动和噪声问题阻碍了其推广应用;电机定转子偏心时出现的单边磁拉力使振动和噪声更加恶化。本文基于定子周向振动理论和无轴承开关磁阻电机(Bearingless-SRM,BSRM)的径向力特点,分析了将无轴承技术引入SRM后对不平衡径向力起到的补偿作用;给出了同时适用于SRM和BSRM的定子极径向力数学模型,建立了SRM和BSRM的系统仿真模型,分析了两种电机定子极所受的径向力。谐波分析发现:BSRM定子单边磁拉力直流分量及低次谐波含量幅值较SRM大幅减小,因而由此引起的振动和噪声小,更适合于应用在要求低噪声的领域。Radial magnetic force acts on the motor stators cause large vibration and acoustic noise,thus limiting the application of switched reluctance motors(SRMs).They can be aggravated when there is lopsided force due to the rotor eccentricity.Based on circumferential vibration theory and radial force characteristics of bearingless switched reluctance motors(BSRMs),this paper analyzes the function of the bearingless technique in compensating the imbalanced magnetic attraction force.Then,the stator radial force mathematical model of BSRM is introduced and it is effective for SRM.System simulation models of SRM and BSRM are built and two-motor stator radial forces are analyzed.Radial force harmonic analysis results indicate that the DC restorer and lower order harmonic magnitude of lopsided force decrease sharply compared with which of SRM.Thus,its stator vibration is smaller and can radiate smaller acoustic noise.BSRM is suitable for fields of the lower noise.
