摘　　要：为了探索Φ100mm自动轧管机组生产大口径、壁厚3．5mm薄壁管的可能性，对生产工艺及工具进行了优化设计，并进行了试生产。实践证明，这套机组生产3．5mm薄壁管质量稳定，合格率、成材率均能达到理想水平。In order to study the possibility of producing large diameter and 3.5mm wall thickness pipe steel by using Φ 100mm auto plug mills. the technology and tools are optimally designed. The result of test rolling shows that the quality and finished product rate can reach the ideal level.
