摘　　要：从信息不对称、信用缺失两个方面分析了技术联盟中侵权行为的原因,并运用博弈模型分析了技术联盟中侵权行为的关键影响因素:申报知识产权保护的成本、侵权赔偿的损失、自主创新的成本与收益,在此基础上提出了有效防范技术联盟中侵权行为的对策。This paper analyzes the causes of infringement behaviors in the technology alliance from two aspects：asymmetric information,lack of credit.The paper also analyzes the key factors affecting infringement behaviors in the technology alliance by a game model as follows：the cost to declare protection of intellectual property rights,compensation loss of infringement,the costs and benefits of independent innovation.And finally,the paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to guard against infringement behaviors in the technology alliance.
