摘 要:随着企业管理的信息化以及GIS的发展和大众化,越来越多的企业(如通信行业、电力部分等)需要在公司的内部管理系统中集成GIS来有效、直观地管理通信线路、通信设备等,而MapInfo、ArcGIS、Google Maps在商用软件上收取的高额服务费,让绝大部分基于WebGIS的中小型软件望而生畏,因此,软件公司在开发MIS系统的同时亟需WebGIS产品的支撑。文章在分析与研究MapInfo、Google Maps的基础上,就搭建WebGIS平台所涉及到的若干关键问题(投影算法、切图与拼图算法、海量图片高效存储方案)进行分析与研究,旨在搭建一套轻量级的WebGIS平台。With the informatization of business management and the popularity and development of GIS, more and more enterprises, such as the telecommunications industry, the energy sector, etc, call for the integration of GIS in their internal management system in order to supervise telecommunication lines and facilities effectively and intuitively. However, some business software (such as Maplnfo, ArcGIS, Google Maps, ete ) charge high service fees, which will make the majority of the WebGIS-based small and medium software daunting. Therefore, the software company is in need of the supportment of independently developed WebGIS products with the development of MIS system. This paper focuses on some key issues with the building of WebGIS platform, such as projection algorithm, algorithm of cutting and jigsaw, efficient storage solution of massive pictures. With analysis and researches, this paper is aimed at building a lightweight WebGIS platform.
