摘  要:研究了碳含量对不同淬火态FeMnSiCrNiC系合金形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明,含碳不同的3种合金的形状回复率都随淬火温度的升高而增加,在650℃时达到最大,随后随淬火温度的进一步升高而快速下降。在650℃淬火时,碳元素的加入能显著提高合金的形状记忆效应,含碳012%的合金的形状回复率可达到61%,比1100℃淬火时的40%提高了53%,比含碳最低的合金(<002%C)提高了10%。Effect of carbon content on the shape memory effect in Fe Mn Si Cr Ni C alloys as different quenching has been studied.The results showed that the shape recovery ratio of three varieties with different carbon content increased as quenching temperature increased,and reached the maximum at 650℃,and then decreased rapidly with the further increase in quenching temperature.When the quenching temperature was 650℃,the shape memory effect in these alloys can be improved appreciably due to the addition of carbon element,the shape memory effect in this alloy with 0.12% carbon content reached 61%,which was higher 53% than that in 1100℃,higher 10% than that in alloy with the least carbon content(<0.02%C).
