炼锑鼓风炉中使用A·Rist图的研究

摘  要:炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素为锑、铁、碳和氧。由于其主要元素的整体平衡规律不十分清楚,严重影响炼锑鼓风炉的最佳操作和生产管理。本文将A·Rist(操作线)图首次引入炼锑鼓风炉中。根据炼锑鼓风炉的生产特点,在合理假定的基础上,分析炼锑鼓风炉在稳定操作条件下主要元素的整体平衡规律,建立锑、铁、碳和氧的平衡方程,得出炼锑鼓风炉的A·Rist操作线方程。用0.84m2炼锑鼓风炉实测数据绘制A·Rist图,结果表明:A·Rist图可以应用到炼锑鼓风炉中,它能较好地揭示炼锑鼓风炉中主要元素的整体平衡规律,指导炼锑鼓风炉的生产。The principal elements are antimony, iron, carbon and oxygen in an antimony blast fUrnace. The global balanCe of principal elements is not clear, which has influenced critically on the optimum operation and the production management in the antimony blast fUrnace. A. Rist Diagram has been introduced into the antimony blast furnace for the first time in this paper. On the basis of reasonable suppose, the global balance of principal elements under steady-state operating conditions is analyzed, and balance equations of Sb, Fe, C and O are established according to the characteristics of the antimony blast fm. The A. Rist operation line equation is obtained. A. Rist diagram is drawn taking a 0.84m2 antimony blast fm for example. The results show that A. Rist Diagram can apply to antimony blast fUrnaces, and reveal further the global balance,Which can predict the operation of the antimony blast fUrnace.
