摘 要:采用采煤机高压外喷雾降尘技术和采煤机尘源跟踪高压喷雾降尘技术等,对采煤机割煤产生的粉尘进行综合治理,达到了90%以上的降尘效率,极大地改善了工作面的劳动卫生条件。同时,在煤矿安全监控系统的基础上,配套接入与测尘、控尘、降尘相关的传感器和防尘装备,实现了对粉尘及防尘装备的远程监控。The complex control of dust genertaed in coal mining by the shearer was carried out by using high-pressure outer-water spraying sytem of the shearer and the high-pressure spraying technology following up the dust source of the shearer, the efficiency of dust removal reached 90% or more, the working and health conditions in the working face were greatly improved. In coal mine safety monitoring system, the trasducers for dust measurement, dust contro and dust suppression and dust prevention equipment were also provided, this thus realized the remote monitoring of dust concentration and dust suppression equipment.
