摘　　要：某酒店式公寓在顶层沿建筑物四周设计有外挑混凝土构架,通过设计屋面悬挑构架支撑体系、验算主体结构、制订施工方案,采用小型吊装机械配合塔式起重机进行高空悬挑构架施工,优化设计起重机行走路线和吊装作业点,保证了悬挑构架施工和主体结构安全,有效地解决了工效和施工安全等问题。Overhung concrete structure were around the top of a hotel-styled apartments, though design the high support form strut system for cantilever carcass high above the ground, check the main struction and make the construction method. The safety of the main struction is ensured, the problems,such as work efficiency and construction safety etc,are resolved by mixing small crane with hoist tower also.
