中心静脉穿刺管在心衰病人伴胸腔积液的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨中心静脉穿刺管在心衰病人伴胸腔积液的临床应用效果及护理。方法：对63例心衰患者并发胸腔积液的危重病人（2005年1月～2009年12月）,采用中心静脉穿刺管引流（观察组）34例,胸腔闭式引流组（对照组）29例。加强穿刺管及引流管的护理,观察两组治疗效果,并发症各项指标。结果：中心静脉穿刺管引流效果好,并发症少,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：结果表明,配合以细致的护理,中心静脉穿刺管引流方法是救治患胸腔积液危重病人的有效措施,能取得满意的效果。Objective：To discuss the clinic effect and nursing care of central venous catheter to ICU critical patient with pleural effusion.Methods：Of 66 Heart failure patients with pleural effusion,34 cases（observation group）treated with central venous catheter were compared with the other 29 cases（control group）treated with thoracic duct drainage in therapeutic effect and complications.Result：Better effects and less complications were presented in the observation group.Statistically significant differences（P0.05） were showed.Conclusion：Application of central venous catheter is an effective method in critical patients with pleural effusion with close nursing care.
