摘 要:目的测定急性颅脑外伤患者血清中NO的浓度,探讨其在脑外伤性损伤中的作用。方法测定57例急性颅脑外伤患者血清中NO浓度,根据诊断及哥氏评分分组,并与对照组比较。结果脑挫裂伤组及其复查组血清中NO浓度显著高于对照组,重度组(GCS<9分)NO浓度明显高于对照组,中轻度组NO浓度高于对照组,但无显著性差异。结论随外伤伤情加重,血清中NO浓度升高。NO在器质性颅脑损伤(脑挫裂伤)时,浓度显著升高。并随再灌注期持续升高起损伤作用。Objective This study was aimed at investigating the damage of NO in acute craniocerebral injury(ACI).Methods We observed the changes of blood NO levels of 57 patients with ACI.Patients were divided into groups in according to diagnosis and GCS respectively,and that obtained data compared to that of control group.Results The blood NO levels of the contusion of brain groups and that of repeat measured group were significantly higher than those the controls,and the levels of severe ACI group (GCS<9)were also higher than that of controls. The blood NO levels of mild and moderate ACI groups were in significantly than that of the control.Conclusion The blood NO levels increased higher when the brain injury was more serious.The NO play damage effect in contusion of brain due to it′s abnomal high level whereas it did little damage in concusion of brain.
