某高等院校教职工2008年健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解某高等院校教职工的总体健康状况,为制定疾病防治措施提供有效的依据。方法对该校在职教职工进行健康体检,将体检数据输入《高校教师健康档案管理系统》,然后对常见病症进行统计分析。结果检出率较高的病症为高脂血症(33.57%)、脂肪肝(17.63%)、心电图异常(11.57%)。≥40岁组高脂血症、脂肪肝、心电图异常、高血压、肝囊肿、HBV感染、高血糖、肾囊肿及胆结石检出率明显高于<40岁组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。两年龄组ALT水平及肾结石检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、高血糖、胆结石检出率男性明显高于女性(P<0.01或P<0.05);不同性别心电图异常、ALT水平、肝囊肿、HBV感染及肾结石检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高校教职工健康状况不容乐观。常见病症检出率较高,患病种类较多,大多常见病以男性患病为主,40岁以上发病率高。学校应采取有效措施,提高教师健康水平。Objective To know the overall health status of faculty members in a certain university in 2008,and to provide the effective evidence for working out the disease control measures.Methods Physical examination was carried out among the faculty members of a university,and the results were input into Health Records Management System of Faculty Members.Then the common diseases were analyzed statistically.Results The diseases with high positive rate were hyperlipidemia（33.57%）,fatty liver（17.63%）,and abnormal electrocardiogram（11.57%）.The positive rates of hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,abnormal electrocardiogram,hypertension,hepatic cyst,HBV infection,hyperglycemia,renal cyst and gallstone in the age group of 40 years and above were significantly higher than those in the age group of below 40 years（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,and no statistically significant difference was found between the two age groups in the positive rates of abnormal high level of ALT and renal calculus（P〈0.05）.The positive rates of hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,hypertension,hyperglycemia,and gallstone in males were significantly higher than those in females（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,whereas there was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates of abnormal electrocardiogram,abnormal high level of ALT,hepatic cyst,HBV infection and renal calculus between males and females（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The health condition of university faculty members is not optimistic.Most of the common diseases with the high positive rates usually occur in males and the age group of 40 years and above.It is necessary to take effective measures to improve the health status of the university faculty members.
