摘　　要：目的探讨医院外来手术器械的清洗质量管理方式,促进清洗质量提高。方法对器械公司自行清洗和医院供应室清洗的外来手术器械及其金属灭菌包装盒的清洗质量进行对比。结果由我院中心供应室处理的外来手术器械及其金属灭菌包装盒的清洗质量明显优于器械供应方自行清洗的质量。结论加强外来手术器械的清洗管理工作可提高外来手术器械清洗质量。Objective To explore the hygiene management method on rinsing extraneous surgical instruments,and to improve the cleaning quality.Methods The cleaning quality of extraneous surgical instruments including metal aseptic packages cleaned by instrument service company and those cleaned by hospital supply center was investigated and compared,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The cleaning quality of extraneous surgical instruments cleaned by hospital supply center was significantly higher than that of instruments cleaned by instrument service company.Conclusions Strengthening hygiene management on extraneous surgical instruments will improve cleaning quality of extraneous surgical instruments.
