摘　　要：目的:了解广州市城区3岁以下儿童保健的现状与需求,为有关部门改善儿童保健工作提供科学依据。方法:采取分层整群抽样方法,抽取越秀区9条行政街道各3个居委会的3岁以下散居儿童为调查对象,对儿童看护人进行问卷调查。结果:共调查533名儿童,流动儿童看护人普遍文化程度较低,多数家庭收入不高;儿童看护人健康知识匮乏,纯母乳喂养的适宜持续时间知晓率只有43.15%,"补钙最有效的方法"知晓率是27.20%;流动人口对儿童保健服务利用率低,接受产后访视者只有24.95%,儿童保健覆盖率为75.23%;流动人口对儿童保健服务有需求,91.93%表示需要儿童体检、94.93%希望获得儿童保健知识。结论:流动儿童保健状况较差,应采取多种措施提高其保健水平。Objective：To explore the status and needs of health care service for children under 3 years old in Guangzhou and provide a scientific basis for related department to improve child health care service.Methods：A stratified cluster sampling method was taken to select scattered children under 3 years at each three neighborhood committees of nine administrative streets in Yuexiu District.The caregivers of the children were surveyed with questionnaires.Results：A total of 533 children were selected.Their caregivers generally had low education level and low household income.Besides,the caregivers lacked knowledge of health.The awareness rate of appropriate duration of breastfeeding was only 43.15%,and the awareness rate of ＂the most effective method of calcium supplement＂was 27.20%.The floating population had low utilization of child health services,only 24.95% of which received postpartum visits.The children＇s health coverage among the floating popu-lation was 75.23%.They had demand for child health services.Among them,91.93% expressed the need of physical examination for children,and 94.93% hoped to obtain child health knowledge.Conclusion：The health status of migrant children is poor.We should take various meas-ures to improve their health care.
