摘　　要：介绍了八钢金圆钢管公司￠1020mm螺旋焊管机组中双锥头开卷机的备卷、上卷、开卷等结构和性能的改进,改善了开卷机不能满足大吨位钢卷使用的状况,减少了停机时间,提高了工作效率。This paper introduces jinyuan tube ￠1020mm spiral weld tube unit double wimble open tape machine,prepare tape,transport tape,open tape and so on configuration and capability alteration in Bayi Steel.To the effect that ameliorate open tape machine unappeasable big tonnage steel tape use status,reduce sign off time,advance work＇s efficiency.
