摘 要:目的研究补肾复方对围绝经期大鼠卵巢谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响。方法用Wistar雌性大鼠,根据重量和阴道细胞角化指数分层,中药干预后采用化学比色法测定卵巢GSH-Px的活性。结果与对照组比较,中药补肾复方高剂量组升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中、低剂量组无明显差异(P>0.05);与青年组比较,高剂量组卵巢GSH-Px的活力水平接近青年组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药可以通过改善卵巢的酶性保护系统,调节卵巢功能,从而达到延缓卵巢衰老的目的。Objective To find out the effect of Bu Shen Prescriptionon GSH-Px in ovary from peri-menopausal rats.Methods Female Wistar rats were randomly divided according to weight and cardiac index of vagina cell.The activity of GSH-Px was detected by colorimetry method after the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine.Results Compared with control groups,the activity of GSH-Px of high dose groups are significantly higher (P〈0.05).There is no significant difference between mediate dose and low dose groups (P〉0.05).There is also no significant difference between the high dose groups and young age groups,The difference is significant among the rest groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the function of ovary through the protection system of enzyme so that it can delay the aging of ovary.
