摘　　要：目的了解前列腺炎患者平时与行为相关的情况对其疾病的影响,为有关部门开展性健康教育和计划生育提供依据。方法 5897例前列腺炎患者按年龄分5个年龄段:10～岁72例(1.2%),20～岁2113例(35.8%),30～岁2020例(34.3%),40～岁1323例(22.4%),50～岁369例(6.3%)。统计每个年龄段前列腺炎与行为相关的情况并对资料进行分析。结果不同性伴人数组间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同射精频率次数组间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同文化程度组间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不参加体育锻炼与经常和不经常锻炼组间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),经常与不经常锻炼组间患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患病率与年龄也有关,20～岁、30～岁、40～岁,分别占患病总数35.8%、34.3%、22.4%。结论前列腺炎患者多个性伴、射精频繁、文化程度低、不参加体育锻炼和在性活跃年龄段患病率较高。Objective To understand the correlation between the disease development and the behavior of patients with prostatitis;and to provide evidence to the relevant departments to carry out sexual education and family planning.Methods 5 897 cases of outpatients from January 2001 to February 2010 were diagnosed as prostatitis pateint as per diagnostic criteria of 1995 U.S.National Institutes of Health（NIH）.The patients were divided into five groups：Group A-10 years old,72 cases（1.2%）;Group B-20 years old,2 113 cases（35.8%）;Group C-30 years old,2 020 cases（34.3%）;Group D-40 years old,1 323 cases（22.4%）and Group E-50 years old,369 cases（6.3%）.The data of these patients and their behavior were analyzed.Results There was a significant different in the number of sexual partners among these groups（P〈0.01）.The difference in the frequency of ejaculation was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was also a significant variation in the educational background in these groups（P〈0.01）.The incidence of having prostatitis was significantly different between the group without physical activity and the group without frequent exercise（P〈0.01）.There was no significant different between the group with frequent and less frequent exercise（P〉0.05）.The disease incidence was also correlated with age.The percentage of incidence in the age group of 20,30 and 40 years old was 35.8%,34.3% and 22.4%,respectively.Conclusion Patients with prostatitis were found to have multiple sexual partners,having frequent ejaculation,with a lower degree of education,not participating physical activity and have active sexual behavior.
