摘 要:利用溴化氢逸出装置研究含溴材料四溴双酚A热解过程中溴化氢的逸出规律。结果表明:四溴双酚A热解过程中,气氛、热解温度、停留时间、空气流量和升温速率对溴化氢逸出影响显著。空气气氛下溴化氢释放率显著高于氮气气氛下。随着升温速率的增加,溴化氢的释放量呈线性减少的趋势。热解温度的升高、停留时间的延长和空气流量的增加在一定范围内会使溴化氢的释放量增加,超过一定值后又会抑制溴化氢的逸出。HBr escaping rules in the pyrogenation process of tetrabromobisphenol A in HBr escaping device were studied. The results show that atmosphere, temperature of thermal decomposition, static time of pyrogenation, air flux and the heating rate affect the escaping quantity of HBr in tetrabromobis-- phenol A pyrogenation process. More HBr was released under air condition than under N2 condition. The release of HBr decreases linearity as the heating rate adds up. While the temperature of thermal decomposition is higher, static time of pyrogenation is longer and air flux is much in the certain value, therelease of HBr increases. The release of HBr will reduce if the temperature of thermal decomposition, static time of pyrogenation and air flux exceeded that certain value.
