摘　　要：分析高层和地下建筑的火灾风险、发展趋势特点,剖析高层和地下建筑火灾防控基础状况及存在问题,提出进一步加强高层、地下建筑火灾防控工作的基本对策。The fire risk and fire development trend were analyzed and the problems of fire prevention and control for highrise and underground building were discussed. Measures to enhance the fire prevention and control of high-rise and under-ground building were put forward.
