摘　　要：目的：探讨婴幼儿先心病的最佳手术时机、关键手术方法和恰当的体外循环。方法：总结１９９８年３月至９月收治３例先心病的治疗体会，重点对婴幼儿先心病手术及体外循环的不足之处进行分析。结果：本组１例室间隔伴房间隔缺损、１例室间隔缺损、１例动脉导管未闭经手术治愈。Objective:To investige the best time and key method of surgery and extra corporeal circulation. Methods:Data from 3 cases of low body weight children patients (form March to September, 1988) were analysed. Results:Ventricular septal defects 2(1 combined with atrial septal defect), ductus arteriosus 1 were all cured by proper surgery. Conclusion:With proper surgery and extra corporeal circulation, it is safe and effective to correct low body weight children patients with congenital heart disease.
