“太子产宁”对药物流产后阴道出血临床与实验研究

摘　　要：将早期妊娠１４０例随机分成治疗组和对照组各７０例，治疗组药流后加服太子产宁，对照组药流后不加服任何中西药。结果胚囊排出后阴道出血在１０天内干净，出血量少于月经量，月经周期、经期、经量恢复正常的治疗组为３９例，对照组为８例，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００１）。动物实验观察了家兔证实太子产宁具有促进子宫收缩、加速宫内蜕膜等组织排出及帮助子宫内膜修复的作用。cases of early pregnancy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,70 cases in each group.The treatment group was given “Peaceful Prince Birth”after medicated abortion and the control group was not given any Chinese or western medications after medicated abortion.The results showed that colporrhagia after discharge of embryo sac stopped in ten days,hemorrhage volume was less than menstrual volume and menstrual cycle,period and volume were restored in 39 cases in the treatment group and 8 cases in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).In animal experiment,the results from the observation of the rabbits proved that“Peaceful Prince Birth”could promote uterine contraction,accelerate discharge of intrauterine tissue and help renovation of endometrium.
