易感儿体质与体液免疫变化关系的研究

摘　　要：研究发现易感儿某些免疫球蛋白低下与中医体质类型有一定联系，肺脾质和脾肾质血清ＩｇＡ极显著低于均衡质（Ｐ＜００１），肺脾质分泌型ＩｇＡ极显著低于均衡质ＩｇＧ极显著低于均衡质和肺脾质（Ｐ＜００１），而肺脾质ＩｇＭ极显蓍低于脾肾质（Ｐ＜００１），肺脾质和脾肾质（Ｐ＜００１），脾肾质和脾肾质Ｃ３极显著低于均衡质（Ｐ＜００１）；对易感儿的防治研究，不应单纯局限于某药可升高某项免疫指标，而应遵循中医的基本理论“因质治宜”。It was found out that decrease of some immunoglobulins was related to constitutional types of Chinese medicine.Serum IgA in the lung spleen constitution and the spleen kidney constitution was extremely lower than that in the balanced constitution(P<0.01).Secretory IgA in the lung spleen constitution was extremely lower than that in the balanced constitution and spleen kidney constitution(P<0.01).IgG in the spleen kidney constitution was extremely lower than that in the balanced constitution and the lung spleen constitution(P<0.01).IgM in the lung spleen constitution was extremely lower than that in the spleen kidney constitution(P<0.01).C 3 in the lung spleen constitution and the spleen kidney constitution was extremely lower than that in the balanced constitution (P<0.01).Therefore,the study for treatment of the susceptible children could not be limited in some drugs,which could enhance some immunological indices,and should adhere to “treatment given in accordance with the constitution” of basic theory in Chinese medicine.
