汞与砷毒理机制的新探索

摘　　要：在有些中成药制剂中，常含有微量汞、砷等有毒成份。本文简要介绍１９９８年初国际毒理学年会引起广泛关注的关于汞暴露诱发免疫系统攻击自身组织，对Ｔ辅助淋巴细胞的非均衡作用会导致降低机体对疟疾等疾病及其他病原体的抵抗力，以及砷甲基转移酶与相关调控基因在砷致癌机制研究中的最新学术进展与动态。Toxic elements of micro-mercury and micro-arsenic are often contained in some Chinese patent herbal preparations.This article simply introduces the latest academic development and dynamic state about that the non-balanced function of T helper lymphocyte caused by the attack of the immune system to self tissues induced by exposure to mercury would decrease the resistance of the human body to malaria and other causative agents,and about arsenic methyl transferase and related regulative genes in the study of arsenic carcinogenic mechannisn,which were extensively concerned in the International Annual Conference of Toxicology in early 1998.
