摘　　要：毛泽东是一位卓越的编辑家。他关于编辑道德操守的思想主要包括:坚持编辑出版工作的党性原则,为党领导的革命和建设事业服务;坚持编辑出版工作的群众路线,在服务群众的过程中教育群众;坚持实事求是、讲真话的原则,不偷、不装、不吹、不扯谎;充分尊重作者的创造成果和著作权益,扶助支持"小人物"脱颖而出;树立认真办报刊的思想,对待书稿的编校严谨精细、一丝不苟,等等。这些思想,给予当今编辑出版工作者提高社会责任感,加强职业道德修养以深刻的教育和极大的鞭策。Mao Zedong was a great editor. His moral cultivation thoughts included as follows： sticking to editing and publishing work of party spirit principle, serving communist party’s revolution and consruction cause; sticking to communist party editorial work of mass line, educating the mass in the process of serving the mass; sticking to seeking truth from facts and telling truth principles, no stealing, no faking, no boasting, no lying; fully respecting authors creation results and property privilege, supporting ordinary author showing himself; setting up running newspaper and journal thought, working on papers with seriousness and meticulosity etc. All those precious edtorial thoughts are vital for current editors to elevate social responsibilities and strengthen moral cultivation.
